Experience
Developed, launched, iterated and grown the Authipay Payment Gateway product. Provided strategic direction on eCommerce & mCommerce to board level. Expanded into mobile payments including the development and deployment of an mPOS product with a major Telco, doubling the addressable market. Built a 3rd-party developer community and open platform EPOS, incubating complementary app services to extend the core product.
Contracted during a pre-implementation phase for a Europe-wide SAP rollout. Facilitated workshops using Nimbus Control to define and map over 2,000 business activities and 900 requirements for the SAP blueprint.
Led cross-functional team to restructure business processes into SAP functions, covering 66% of all national transactions. System deployed successfully July 2010 — fastest SAP implementation within Staples.
